to safely cross in absence of traffic and perp dishtion lard to the tracks to make for a much safer environment. we've got new signage and pavement markings to make that clear. as everybody was stuck on the subway, i rode my bike yesterday and rode passed it. it's a significant safety improvement, not bust for cyclists, but for f line operators. it's a very busy area. we have 120 people -- it's about a third of the left turns off of market street during rush hour, our cyclists. so, they're taking a whole lot of vehicles off the road by being on their bikes. this will enable them to do so safety and connective. we have the greenway signal times for bicycle speed. so, small but significant safety improvement there. moving on to parking, last thursday we met with residents and merchants in the northeast mission area. you may recall, i guess it was earlier this year, we rolled out coined of a large parking management strategy covering a large area including potrero hill and dogpatch and mission bay. we got pretty significant feedback and it was not positive feedback in terms of our plan and process

so in light of this new environment, we want to see whether my anointed growth stocks hold up. are the fundamentals still okay? i went over amazon, google, mastercard, visa and sherwin williams. i don't like google as much. now five more names to review and reexamine. next up is ulta salon. they got hit in mid october when the chief financial officer announced his sudden resignation. we never like that when the cfo resigns. that could be a sign that something could be really wrong with the financials. given that this particular cfo had been there less than two months, it probably was the case of him being the wrong guy for the job. last thursday ulta went on to report a terrific quarter. and the stock shot up seven points in the news. management indicated they're seeing a strong start to the holiday shopping season. the real story with ulta, and the reason it's been such a fabulous stock -- is that the company is growing like a weed, expanding all over america. they have 537 locations, ultimately they plan to double that. next year alone the company intends to open 125 new stor

you want to better the people around you and we all are products of our environment. the amount of contact we were taking, the amount of fire fights, rpgs, rockets, whatever it may be. that tour for us was a 15-month tour, which was it shall that's pretty long for some young people. we are there to help them out, find ways of doing the same thing they've been doing. when i wrote the book i want ed to describe the valley and the people around me. so often i'm congratulated or patted on the back and thanked and i've never done anything in the military alone. i was able to put my buddies' names in print and highlight the actionses they've done. there are so many things that we don't hear about. >> our good friend sebastien younger who talked about stalked about your heroism, your unit, and the terrible conditions. i remember reading about it. it seemed remarkable what you did. what you did and how you describe it like so many other recipients that said in the past, i did my job. it was reflex. i was trained well and i was going to save my buddies. talk about that night.
